Sportsmanship
Sportsmanship refers to the ethical behavior of participants in sport. It includes playing fair, following rules, and showing respect to opponents. This creates a positive and supportive environment, thereby reducing conflicts and promoting cooperation. Sportsmanship strengthens team cohesion and collaboration. It also contributes to a positive attitude, where “winning” isn’t everything and emphasis is placed on a healthy approach to competition.
