Students planning to study abroad in undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate programs. University application processes can be complicated, and each institution has its own requirements. I assist students in developing strong, well-organized applications while providing English-language coaching throughout the process. I also work with families seeking guidance as they plan their child’s undergraduate or postgraduate education.
A Coach – Not a “Ghostwriter”
While I work closely with students as both a language coach and mentor, I believe all submitted materials must reflect the student’s authentic voice, experience, and abilities. I do not write applications on behalf of students. Instead, I provide thoughtful guidance, advice, coaching, and constructive editing throughout the application process. This approach not only helps students prepare stronger applications but also develops the communication and writing skills they will need for academic success.

Services
All services will be clearly defined through a written service agreement. These terms of reference will include a description of the scope of support offered, critical timelines, the number of revisions included, performance standards, fees, and refund policies. This is done to ensure both parties understand what to expect, fostering a highly collaborative approach that enhances clarity, trust, and accountability throughout the application process and beyond.
I do not offer advice or support on travel or immigration services such as visa applications. I can, however, arrange a referral to a reputable, licensed immigration consultant. Be cautious of consultants promising “guaranteed admission” or “visa approval.” Such decisions are made by universities and government authorities respectively.
Service Commitment
I commit to providing high-quality support in order to help you submit the strongest possible application to a university. I do this with the benefit of extensive experience, expert advice, prompt document reviews, and deadline tracking. I guarantee timely communication, professional feedback, and full delivery of agreed services—even with the inevitable, multiple last-minute revisions. I do not guarantee admission to any specific university or degree program. Although I apply best practices and strive for excellence, admission decisions ultimately depend on the quality of the application including academic records, qualifications, personal statements, statement of research, experience, and the institution’s admissions criteria.

Since 2017, I’ve helped students successfully apply to both undergraduate and graduate programs at top-ranked universities in Canada, the United States, the UK, and Australia. My students have pursued advanced programs in a wide range of fields including Environmental Sciences, Project Management, International Financial Management, Medicine/Health, MBA programs, Psychology, and the Social Sciences. I’ve worked with students from Canada, the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, other Gulf States, and the People’s Republic of China. What’s Included?
Opting for a Comprehensive Service Package is the most cost-effective approach, especially if you are applying to more than one institution. Your package includes the development of an applicant’s core application strategy and associated documents. Additional university applications are therefore offered at a substantially reduced incremental cost.
Individual Services can be selected separately, although this may be more expensive than a Comprehensive Service Package. Using an integrated package also helps ensure consistency across the various components of your application. Differences in writing style, terminology, or presentation between documents can weaken the overall coherence of an application and may raise questions about authorship or authenticity.
